eSolution offers a hotline support contract, based on consumed time, called « TMA contract » (Tierce Maintenance Applicative). The proposed contract allows you to ask questions to ChronoComp experts, either by phone or by email, about use or troubleshooting ChronoComp software and its modules or specific developments work-around.
To be more efficient and save time, our experts can take remote control of your computer to fix your problem, (subject to the installation of our connection kit and its compatibility with your computer environment).
